A private styling and sourcing atelier in Ho Chi Minh City. Name a piece — I source it. Ask for my eye — I style you. Everything verified in person.
My story
Saigon's labels are modern, quietly elegant — and nearly impossible to buy from abroad. So I started sourcing.
How I work
Send a link — I buy in person, photograph the exact piece, and confirm every detail. Or let me choose: styling from $49, most of it credited toward your pieces.
Why Seraphic Styler
More than just a product link
01
Rare, Local, Real
Vietnamese brands that don't ship abroad — until now.
02
Verified, Not Forwarded
I walk the boutiques and check every piece in person — never just a forwarded link.
03
Honest Pricing & Proof
Transparent costs, photos of the actual piece, tracking from day one. No hidden margin.

Two ways to work with me
Have a wishlist? I help find it. Need direction, outfits, or a wardrobe that works together? I help style it. Choose your service below, with fees, clothing budgets, and shipping explained before you book.
Find your service
A piece in mind. Or a wardrobe to imagine.
Sourcing purchases an identified, in-stock Vietnamese item. The Trace investigates its source. Styling interprets inspiration and chooses pieces.
01 · Sourcing
“Please buy this exact item.”
Purchase assistance for a specific, in-stock item at an existing Vietnamese online or in-person boutique, designer, or seller. Provide a direct product link or precise seller and item details so it can be purchased without research. Routine price, size, and stock confirmation is included; searching for the item or its seller is not.
You send
A direct product link or precise details identifying the exact in-stock item and Vietnamese seller, plus size and destination.
You receive
Purchase coordination for your identified items, with prices and approval photos before purchase.
Priced
Store price + sourcing and coordination fees + shipping. All itemized before you pay.
Begins with
A request, DM, or email. Unknown item or source? The Trace is $25 per item for investigation, credited toward your order. A match is not guaranteed.
Purchase assistance only. Outfit creation, capsule planning, wardrobe strategy, and ongoing advice on combining purchases belong to styling.
You want help choosing what works for you. Share your taste, lifestyle, occasion, and budget. I choose pieces and, within your tier, create looks that work together.
You send
A moodboard, an event or trip, wardrobe goals, fit notes, and your total clothing budget.
You receive
A personal selection; complete outfits and a lookbook in the Capsule and fuller wardrobe projects. You approve every piece.
Priced
Core tiers $49–$750. Custom Wardrobe from $1,100; Wardrobe+ from $1,500. Styling fee + clothing credit; shipping separate.
Begins with
A confirmed tier, style questionnaire, and payment. Custom projects are quoted before booking.
Choose this for wardrobe direction. Coordinated outfits, fuller capsules, multiple occasions, and support across orders are scoped in your styling project.
“Buy this in-stock coat from this Vietnamese shop.”
“Choose a coat that works with my wardrobe.”
My role
Confirm price, size and stock; arrange purchase
Choose, coordinate, and plan around your needs
Scope
An exact in-stock item and identified seller; no research
A defined selection, occasion, capsule, or custom wardrobe
Budget
Per item + service fees + shipping
Project fee + clothing credit; shipping separate
After recommendations
Purchase and delivery coordination
Refinement and styling support within your agreed package
A photo can be an item reference or style inspiration. The help you need determines the service. Unknown-item identification is The Trace ($25 per item). Close matches, Vietnamese equivalents of non-Vietnamese references, and outfit direction are paid styling.
A piece is one garment; an outfit combines several. Piece counts depend on store prices and your clothing budget. Not sure? Let’s choose together →
If an item is sold out: a restock inquiry can go to the identified seller. Finding alternatives or a close match requires paid styling, confirmed and paid before work begins.
Sourcing — you name the piece
Vietnam Brand Sourcing
The exact piece, sourced in Saigon and verified in hand.
Send the link, the size, the destination — photographed before purchase, 1–3 days.
For wardrobe strategy: the Capsule coordinates 8–12 pieces. For 15+ pieces, multiple orders, or a fuller project across occasions, explore Custom Wardrobe.

A wardrobe plan tailored to your full brief
Item count, looks, labels, and fittings agreed in advance
Ordering and delivery coordination scoped to your project
Refinement rounds and support confirmed in writing
The Signature ($750) remains the designer / made-to-measure commission. Choose Custom Wardrobe for a larger coordinated wardrobe and support across multiple orders or occasions.
Clothing credit is a budget toward approved purchases, not a guarantee that every piece fits within it. Pieces stay at real store price; any extra clothing budget is agreed before purchase. Shipping is quoted at exact cost.
Your project, clearly scoped +
Custom Wardrobe includes up to two refinement rounds before ordering and one consolidated shipment to one address.
You approve every garment before it is purchased.
Extra styling is $25 per added item, plus its store price, within the agreed project. Larger scope changes are quoted as a new package.
Extra destinations, split shipments, and extensive alteration support are quoted separately.
Rush projects carry a $100–$150 premium, confirmed before booking.
A nonrefundable styling deposit secures the project; its amount is stated in your quote and counts toward your styling fee. Clothing credit is used only for approved purchases.
Core tiers are giftable. Each booking separates your styling fee from the credit toward your clothes.
Vietnamese sizing runs small — a Western medium often reads XL here. I know which ateliers cut generously and which labels carry true European or extended sizing, and I check every order against the brand’s own chart before buying. US small or 5XL, sizing is settled before we commit.

Your Usual US Size
Approx. Vietnam Label
Good to Know
XS–S · 0–6
M–L
The standard range in most Saigon boutiques, so the selection is widest here. Expect cropped lengths, narrower shoulders, and higher armholes — I flag anything that runs especially small or short, and note what can be tailored.
M · 8–10
XL–2XL
Often the largest size a standard shop carries. Some labels grade up faithfully; others simply add width — I check shoulder seams, sleeve length, and rise in person.
L · 12–14
2XL–3XL
Limited in general stores, so I source from labels that truly pattern for this range rather than merely enlarging a sample.
XL+ · 16+
3XL–5XL+
Through specialist, size-inclusive labels — Himistore (to 6XL, European measurements), Cow's House, and designers cutting M–5XL for international frames.
Shoes US 8–11
EU 39–44
Local lasts run narrow; wider fits are sourced.
The fine print — petite sizing, fabric & extended labels
VN XS / VN S — the smallest local sizes, for the most petite frames (≈ US 00–0 · UK 2–4 · EU 30–32). If a US XS runs loose on you, start here; otherwise begin at VN M.
Fabric matters. Cotton from a young local brand can run two sizes smaller than linen from a European-leaning atelier. Áo dài and tailored cuts sit close.
Extended sizing, covered. Himistore (to 6XL, EU measurements), curvy boutiques like Cow's House, and Saigon designers who cut M–5XL for international frames. You never guess alone.
Quick convert: UK ≈ US + 4 · EU ≈ US + 32 · AU ≈ US + 4. (XS–S ≈ UK 4–10 / EU 32–38.)

Your items
Enter each item's store price in VND.
No items yet — you can still add a styling tier on step 3.
Pick the region closest to home — I ship worldwide.
I will quote both routes and you decide after seeing the real courier price.
A rough size is fine — I confirm exact weight before shipping. Couriers charge real money for clothes: a recent 0.5–1 kg parcel ran 1,950,000₫, and thicker fabrics weigh more than they look.
The first two stops are included. Each additional store adds 150,000₫ — a multi-district hunt takes real time.
Sourcing a piece you already found is just my sourcing fee. If you'd also like a consultation or a curated edit, add a styling tier here — the same prices as the gift tiers, and each includes a piece credit that comes straight off your items below. This only adds it to your estimate; we still book and confirm it together over DM.
Bank transfer, Wise & Zelle add no card-processing fee. Card (via Stripe) adds a processing fee — shown as its own line, never hidden in prices. Either way, a small 3% currency-transfer allowance covers moving your payment into Vietnam — its own line too, at cost, never marked up.

Service feesiMy sourcing fee per item: 8% of the item price (7% above 5,000,000₫), with a minimum of 350,000₫ per item. Domestic shipping inside Vietnam is included.—0₫
Base feeiA flat 250,000₫ per order covering coordination, rides, messaging, and careful packing. Shipping is passed through at cost.0₫
Styling serviceiAn optional consultation or curated edit — the same tiers and prices as the gifts (Discovery $49, Edit $149, Capsule $249, Atelier $349), each with a built-in credit toward your pieces ($34 / $104 / $174 / $239), shown as its own line below. The pieces stay at cost and shipping is separate.—0₫
Piece credit appliediEach styling tier includes a fixed credit toward your pieces — the same credit inside the gift tiers ($34 / $104 / $174 / $239). It is subtracted here, up to the value of your items.0₫
Gift credit left overiThe unused part of your tier credit is not lost — it stays on your gift for a future order. Mention it with your next request and I apply it before anything is bought.0₫

Currency transfer (3%)iMoving your payment into Vietnam has a real cost — Wise’s transfer fee. This small allowance covers it at cost, never marked up; any difference is reconciled in your written quote. It applies whichever way you pay.0₫
Card processing (Stripe)iPassed through at cost, never marked up. Stripe takes 2.9% + $0.30, plus 1.5% for an international card and 1% when it converts currency. I cannot tell whose card is which from an estimate, so this line is priced at the full international rate — a ceiling, not a surprise. If your card turns out to be domestic, your payment link costs less than this. Bank transfer, Wise & Zelle skip the card-processing fee; the 3% currency-transfer line covers moving funds into Vietnam for every payment method.0₫

How accurate is this estimate?~95%
~95% is solid. Your item prices, my service fee, and the flat base fee follow fixed formulas — the math on what you enter is exact, and shipping inside Vietnam is already included.
One possible add-on: a flat 200,000₫ for rare or multi-store sourcing — hard-to-find drops, hunts across several shops, or a tight deadline. It's always agreed with you in advance, never a surprise on your final quote.
The last ~5% I confirm before you pay: the real store price on the day, exact international shipping (weight and courier), the live exchange rate, current stock, and any customs or duty in your country.
Nothing is charged until you approve the final quote.

A real person in Saigon
Bilingual, on the ground, walking the boutiques myself — not a faceless reseller.
And when a piece can't be found
The best Vietnamese pieces are made in tiny runs, so sometimes one sells out between the quote and the till. The answer is written down and the same every time: money that hasn't been spent comes back as money; money already spent for you comes back as credit worth 105%, on clothes or styling or both, and it never expires. Read the returns & credit policy →
A considered purchase, made personal. From first photograph to final delivery, a real person is accountable for the details.
A gift, handled beautifully
Every gift begins with a real conversation, not a guess. They receive a private code, a considered style intake, and your note — then I source in Saigon, and every piece is photographed for approval before it is bought.
Gift styling
Give them a little Saigon
A private style experience, shaped around their life, their taste, and a gift from you. Choose a tier and leave a note — their gift code arrives within 24 hours; the rest begins when they're ready.
Not sure what they'd want? That's what the style profile is for — a short intake about their days and what they're drawn to, and their tier turns it into a direction before a single piece is bought.
Choose the gesture
From one considered piece to a made-to-measure commission — a gift of personal style, at their pace.
Clothing credit is spent only on approved pieces at real store prices. Piece counts depend on the agreed budget; shipping is quoted at cost. Custom gift codes are issued within 24 hours after scope and payment are confirmed.
Not sure which tier? The four-question gift finder above will sort it — or write to me and I'll point you to one.

Want it all-inclusive? Ask when you gift and I'll quote it upfront
What does the recipient receive first?
A digital note with your message and their code, within 24 hours of your payment. Redeeming it opens a conversation with me — and the styling begins with the style profile, at whatever pace suits them.
Can I prepay the shipping?
Yes — ask when you gift and I will quote it upfront, so the gift arrives with nothing left to pay.
Can they swap pieces?
Nothing is bought until they approve it. They see photographs of each actual piece first, and if something isn't right, the hunt simply continues — approval-first is how everything here works.
Do I need to know their size?
No. The style profile asks gently, and I confirm real garment measurements before anything is bought — whether they wear a US small or a 5XL.
Pay by card on Stripe's own secure page, or write to me for bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, or Payoneer — USDC on request.
Your code and digital note arrive within 24 hours, redeemed over email or DM at whatever pace suits your recipient.

Under $1,000, my standard per-item fee applies — 8% of each piece (7% for pieces over 5,000,000₫), 350,000₫ minimum per piece. From $1,000 the fee becomes one percentage of the whole order and the per-piece minimum falls away — first on repeats of the same piece, entirely from $3,000. At $10,000 and above, always quoted in writing first.
The fee covers my time: placing every order, chasing what runs late, checking each piece against what you approved, and packing the whole shipment. The clothes are always at their real store price, and shipping is passed through at exact cost — the same honest split as everything else here.

For boutiques — buying & sourcing agent
Your buyer in Saigon
Saigon's designers are dressing international editorials — Fancì Club, GIA Studios, the wave behind them — and barely reach a single wholesale platform. I've walked and verified 320 of their houses in person, and I buy from them year-round, working between California and Saigon: your hours for the conversation, their channels for the deal. Terms negotiated, every piece checked, the whole buy shipped once.
Curated depth, not containers
Two to three pieces per style, across a handful of designers — the depth a boutique floor actually sells. Whatever the floor asks for, drawn from 320 verified houses.
The market, read in Vietnamese
Prices, availability and stockist terms confirmed with each designer in their own channels — DM, Zalo, live video — and every piece checked against a written spec before it ships. Buying windows add my hands on the fabric.
Negotiated, in writing
Every designer's best stockist terms at your depth, in your written quote — before a single đồng is committed.
Built to run from both sides of the Pacific
Year-round
Briefs, quotes, negotiation and orders — by DM, Zalo and live video appointment.
In a buying window
Announced Saigon dates — showroom rounds walked, fabric in hand, every piece checked by me.
After the window
Every buy leaves as one consolidated export parcel, with the per-style commercial invoice.
Planning a drop? Tell me when the stock needs to land, and I’ll recommend the right buying window. Each window takes a limited number of buys, reserved in deposit order.
How a buy runs
01
The buy brief
Aesthetic direction, budget, depth per style, size runs, no-gos, and the date stock must land. Free to set up — the brief is the intake itself; exploratory research beyond it books prepaid at my research rate, credited when you buy.
02
The scouting round
Showrooms worked against your brief — walked in person in a buying window, by live video appointment between them. Photos, video, prices, an honest read on make and fabric — returned as a line sheet: photo, price, sizes, lead time, per style.
03
The written quote
Every style with its negotiated designer terms, my fee as one number, the shipping band and the timeline. Nothing is placed before your yes.
04
First payment
Pieces at cost plus half the fee. Your money buys your stock directly — designer receipt prices, never marked up.
05
The check
In a window: my own hands on every piece — seams, stitch density, boning channels, lining, measurements against the chart. Between windows: the designer's photographs and measurements against my written spec. Your quote says which check your buy gets; every piece is photographed for your approval either way.
06
Dispatch
The balance plus exact shipping after you approve the photographs. My vetted forwarder collects, consolidates and exports — one parcel, one tracking number, and the per-style commercial invoice your broker needs.

Research rate
$26 /hr
650,000₫ an hour, two-hour minimum — for market surveys, option-hunting, or exploratory research before a buy brief is defined. Prepaid and credited in full against your next buy.
One written number before any deposit, whichever tier your budget lands in — and the tier is set by the whole buy, not per designer. Your fee is never more than it would be at the next tier's opening, so landing just under a threshold never costs you more than landing just over it.
Three lines is enough — the aesthetic, the budget, the date stock must land.
What does the buying fee actually buy?
The research, the showroom judgment, designer-by-designer negotiation, and piece-level checks.
Pieces stay at designer receipt price. I never mark up, and the receipts travel with the parcel.
The stockist terms I negotiate — typically 10–30% below retail — often cover the fee outright.
Bulk factory sourcing runs cheaper. This isn't that.
Where a label has no room to move, I say so before you commit. There the fee buys access, checking and consolidation, and you decide with the real numbers in front of you.
Why does the fee drop as the buy grows?
Showroom time per style stays roughly fixed whether a piece costs 2,800,000₫ or 5,000,000₫ — so as your budget grows, the percentage can fall while the work is still paid properly. The ladder rewards the boutiques who come back, without ever making a small first buy unprofitable for either of us.
Where the numbers do and don't move
Two to three pieces per style is curated stockist depth, not classic wholesale. At that depth, most emerging Vietnamese designers offer roughly 10–30% below retail as stockist terms — real, negotiated, and worth having, but not the 50%-off of a bulk purchase order.
True wholesale tiers exist — typically 40–60% off — but they open at higher per-style minimums. Where a designer has one, your quote says so, and you choose the depth — the natural next step once a style proves itself on your floor.
Some of the best DM-only labels have no wholesale program at all. When a piece is worth stocking even at retail cost, I say that plainly instead of promising a discount that doesn't exist.
Territory exclusivity is rare at curated depth. I ask for it where it's realistic; I never assume it on your behalf.
When a price has no room to move, I tell you that too — along with whether the piece still earns its markup at retail cost, or simply isn't worth your floor. A no from me costs you nothing; a bad buy costs you margin.
Your sell-through shapes the next buy. If a style I recommended sits unsold after a season, tell me — that read goes into your next brief at no charge. Curation only gets sharper when I know what actually moved.
Do you need to be in Vietnam for my buy?
No. The service is built for the distance.
Saigon's designers sell by DM and Zalo. I negotiate, order and pay through the same channels from California, and my forwarder collects, consolidates and exports.
What changes is the check: in a buying window, my own hands on every piece; between windows, the designer's photographs and measurements against my written spec.
Where a piece truly deserves the in-hand look — heavy construction, couture-priced work — I'll tell you it should wait for the window.
Your quote always says which check your buy gets.
How do scouting & new collections work?
Included with an active buy brief — walked in person during a buying window, by live video appointment between them.
Most houses will walk a serious stockist through the rail on camera. Where one won't, that label routes to the next window and I say so.
Standalone research with no brief on file is my research rate: 650,000₫ an hour, two-hour minimum. Booked and paid before I set out, credited in full against your next buy.
Every round returns as a line sheet: photo, price, sizes and lead time, per style.
Can I sample before committing to depth?
Yes — one sample piece per style ahead of the full depth, on request. It ships at cost plus my standard per-item fee, and what you learn from it prices the rest of the buy.
How is payment handled?
Bank transfer, Wise, PayPal or Payoneer — PayPal Goods & Services where you want third-party buyer protection.
Paid in stages: the scouting deposit opens the buy; pieces at cost plus half the fee once the line sheet is with you; the balance plus exact shipping before dispatch.
Never before you have approved photographs of every piece.
Quotes are fixed in đồng — the currency your pieces are actually bought in. Each payment's dollar figure is confirmed at that day's rate, so nothing drifts silently between quote and balance.
How do shipping & customs work?
One consolidated export parcel, passed through at exact carrier cost with the receipt to prove it, always tracked.
Declared-value insurance on larger parcels is arranged at cost before dispatch, on request.
You are the importer of record: US duty and tariff on a commercial apparel entry are yours.
Duty follows the goods — not my fee, not the freight, and not the number of boxes. Five parcels would mean five entries and five sets of broker charges; one parcel pays those once.
I prepare the per-style commercial invoice — fibre content, construction and unit value — so your broker can classify each style correctly rather than at the top of the band.
How long does a buy take?
Allow three to five weeks from placed order — emerging designers cut to order.
Rush timelines and atelier coordination run at the flat 20% rate instead of your tier, agreed before we start.
What about returns?
Designer pieces are final sale unless the designer is at fault.
The pre-dispatch photographs are our shared record.
Report a fault within seven days of delivery, with photos, and I take it back to the designer for repair, replacement or refund where the fault is theirs.

Item price = Store price + Base fee + Service fee + International shipping
Store price — paid to the boutique
Base fee — coordination, rides, processing & packing (250,000₫ per order)
Service fee — sourcing & domestic shipping inside Vietnam (per item, below)
Additional stops — first two boutiques included; +150,000₫ per extra store
International shipping — courier cost from Saigon to you (at cost)
Before the order — The Trace · $25
The Trace is $25 per item for identification research, paid before work begins and credited in full toward an order. Within 48 hours after scope confirmation and payment, receive an identified source and available price, or why the item cannot be sourced. Alternatives and Vietnamese equivalents require paid styling. Exact shoppable Vietnamese items do not need research. Any shared fee for a rare group of up to 3–5 related items must be confirmed; more than five research items require a styling quote.

Base fee · 250,000₫ / order
A flat per-order fee covering messaging, coordination, rides between boutiques, and careful packing. Shipping is passed through at cost — no hidden margin.
Additional stops · +150,000₫ / store
The first two boutiques on your list are included. Each additional store adds 150,000₫ for the extra travel and time — always shown before I set out.
Complex sourcing · + from 200,000₫
Added only for rare or limited drops, tight deadlines, or many changes after sourcing begins. Agreed with you in advance.
Card payments · + ~5.4%
Prefer a card? Stripe's fee is passed through at cost and always shown as its own line — never folded into prices. Estimates use Stripe's full international rate (2.9% + $0.30, plus 1.5% international and 1% currency conversion), because I cannot tell whose card is domestic before you pay. It is a ceiling: if yours is domestic, your link costs less. Bank transfer, Wise & Zelle add no card fee; a small 3% currency-transfer allowance on your estimate covers moving funds into Vietnam.
Yes, there is a minimum: orders of about $100–150, or several items together. You will always see a clear breakdown before anything is purchased.
Standard personal shopping
Online orders shipped to you. Base fee + per-item service fee, domestic VN shipping included. The everyday way to order.
In-shop try-on & fitting
For extra confidence before buying, I go to the boutique in person — pull sizes, supervise the try-on, and send live fit notes and photographs. 500,000₫/hr, 2-hour minimum, with a 500,000₫ deposit to hold your slot (applied to the session). Ideal for fit-sensitive or higher-value orders (planned spend ~200–300 USD+).
Complex / high-touch orders
Rare, time-sensitive, or multi-store requests. Standard fee plus a complexity fee (flat or a small extra percentage), always agreed in advance. A non-refundable booking deposit secures serious orders.

Small parcels can be estimated from the guide below. For larger consolidated orders, final shipping depends on packed weight, dimensions, and destination. For heavy hauls — 10kg+ / 22lb+ — I confirm the best packing plan and courier quote before dispatch, and may split a shipment into multiple boxes when that is safer or more economical.

Heavy (10kg+) and large hauls are custom-quoted after I plan the packing — never guessed. Chargeable weight may be actual or volumetric (L×W×H ÷ 5000).
Consolidation by default
I gather all your pieces from multiple brands into one shipment before international dispatch — fewer fees, one tracking number.
Repack to reduce volume
Couriers can charge by size, not just weight. I repack to cut unnecessary bulk so you're not paying for air.
Split when it's smarter
For very heavy or fragile hauls, I may split into multiple boxes when that is safer or cheaper — your choice after I show you the options.
I will flag any unusual customs or carrier risk before you decide. Customs duties and taxes depend on your country and are paid by the recipient.
When your parcel flies with DHL, I add GoGreen Plus — Sustainable Aviation Fuel that cuts the flight's emissions by around 30%. Every order ships in recycled paper packaging with paper tape, consolidated so fewer parcels fly — at my cost, never on your invoice.
FAQ
FAQ
How do I get the sizing right?
Tell me your usual measurements and I'll check each brand's size chart for you. Vietnamese sizing often runs small, so I'll flag it honestly. The final choice is yours, but I'll give you my best read before we order.
Who pays customs and duties?
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are paid by the recipient and aren't included in your total. Since 2025 the US applies import duties to every parcel regardless of value; most other countries tax only above a threshold. I declare parcels honestly and tell you what to expect for your destination before you pay your balance — the final figure always belongs to your customs office, not to me.
How long does shipping take?
Roughly 3 to 21 days, depending on your region and the service you choose. East & SE Asia is fastest; rest of world is slowest. You get a tracking number once your parcel ships.
Are the items authentic?
Yes. I buy directly from Vietnamese brands and boutiques in person, here in Saigon. You're getting the real local piece, sourced at the source — never counterfeits.
What if it doesn't fit?
I'm a personal shopper, so a wrong size chosen at order can't be returned — that's why I help you get sizing right beforehand. If you'd like, I can ask the boutique about exchange options before we buy.
Is payment safe?
Yes. Pay by bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, or Payoneer — choose PayPal Goods & Services for buyer protection. USDC (a regulated stablecoin) is available on request, and if none of these reach you easily, tell me and I'll suggest a reputable option for your country. A deposit covering your pieces and fees places the order, then the shipping balance before your parcel goes out — weighed first, so it is the real courier price. I send photo confirmation of every item before shipping.
Can you buy from Vietnamese brands that don't ship internationally?
Yes — that is most of what I do. Many Saigon labels ship only inside Vietnam, take only local payment (bank transfer, MoMo, ZaloPay), or sell by direct message alone. I order as a local, verify each piece in person, and ship it to you anywhere in the world in one consolidated parcel.
Do you take group or bulk orders — sororities, weddings, boutiques?
Yes, from about $1,000 to $10,000 and beyond: one look in many sizes for a sorority or team, or a full bridal party dressed from Saigon's ateliers. The service fee tapers with size — see Group & bulk orders for worked examples. A boutique or reseller's range is different work — scouting, negotiation, piece checks — and prices on the buying-agent ladder, 18% down to 8%, with a $150 scouting deposit to start, credited in full.
Can I get an áo dài made to measure from abroad?
Yes. I collect your measurements over email, commission the áo dài from a Saigon atelier — traditional or modern cut — check the finished piece against your chart, and photograph it for your approval before it ships. Most made-to-measure ateliers here never ship abroad; this is the way around that.
What can you source?
Direct sourcing is purchase assistance for an identified, in-stock Vietnamese item and seller, without research. Unknown items or sources require The Trace at $25 per item. Similar pieces, non-Vietnamese references translated into Vietnamese equivalents, and outfits require paid styling. Compare services and prices.
Can I return an item?
Only if the wrong item was sent or it arrived damaged. Contact me within 48 hours with a full unboxing video, item unused with tags; return shipping is yours. Not accepted: minor loose threads, slight color difference, light odor, wrong size chosen, or fading after washing.
Do you ship to my country?
Almost certainly yes — I ship worldwide. Not sure about yours? Message me and I'll confirm.
Policies & deposits
Policies & deposits
Payment & deposit
Bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, or Payoneer; USDC available on request. Your deposit covers the pieces, service fees and base fee and places the order; the shipping balance follows once the parcel is weighed. Processed within 2–7 days of deposit. Because each order is sourced specifically for you, confirmed purchases are final.
Returns & refunds
One rule covers everything: money that has not yet been spent comes back as money; money already committed on your behalf comes back as credit. Nothing bought yet — a full refund, less only a card processing fee if you paid by card. Already bought, deposited or shipped — credit worth 105% of what you paid, spendable on clothes, on styling, or split between the two, issued within 48 hours and never expiring. If the fault is mine — wrong size, wrong piece, a missed deadline — a full cash refund, or credit at 115%, your choice. The wrong item or a damaged one: tell me within 48h with a full unboxing video, unused with tags, and I put it right. Made-to-measure cannot be cash-refunded once cutting begins, and styling work already delivered is not refundable.
I can source almost any Vietnamese brand, but I do not hold stock and local availability changes quickly. I confirm an item is in stock before taking final payment. If it sells out, I will tell you immediately — you choose whether I source the closest in-stock alternative, take your money back, or take credit worth 105%.
Shipping timing
Worldwide, typically 3–21 days by region and service. You receive a tracking number once sent. I cannot control delays caused by brands, carriers, or customs.
Customs responsibility
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in your quote. Rules vary by country — the US now applies duties to every parcel regardless of value, while many countries still tax only above a threshold. I always declare parcels honestly, and I flag what to expect for your destination before your balance is due.
Authenticity
I source directly from official brand stores and trusted local boutiques — never counterfeits. What you order is the genuine local-brand piece, and I'm happy to share where each item came from.
Serious orders & deposits
Higher-touch services — in-shop try-ons, complex sourcing, rush requests — require a small deposit before I begin. It simply holds dedicated time for you and is applied to your final total. Deposits are generally non-refundable once planning or sourcing has started; with 48 hours' notice I am always glad to reschedule once. If a request grows significantly larger than first described, I will gently quote any extra before continuing.

Style notes

Why Vietnam brands
A point of view you rarely find elsewhere: fit cut for real bodies, fair prices close to the source, and quiet craft — clean seams, soft natural fabrics. Modern áo dài, soft coquette, linen minimal, Saigon vintage. Most sell only inside Vietnam, in VND — that gap is what I close.
Who I style best
I work especially well with romantic, coquette, minimal, workwear, occasion, and vintage wardrobes — or a thoughtful mix. Unsure where you sit? Send a few photographs you love and I will read the thread between them.
What to send me
Links or screenshots of what you want · your measurements (bust, waist, hips, height) · a size you own that fits · the occasion · colours you love and avoid · your budget range. Even a mood and a single measurement are enough to begin.
Sizing & fit notes
Vietnamese sizing runs smaller than US/EU and varies by brand, so I do not guess. I match a brand's size chart to your measurements — not to a letter — and confirm real garment measurements when unclear. You will always see photo confirmation before it ships.
Not posted? I can still source it
What you see is a small slice. If a brand sells inside Vietnam, I can usually find it — a boutique's new drop, a restock, a modern áo dài, a vintage piece spotted on TikTok, or a hard-to-find beauty product. Honest boundaries: no counterfeits, no promises on stock that is gone for good, and I confirm price and availability before you pay.

I source only from legitimate brands, official stores, and trusted boutiques — never counterfeits, and never from suppliers known for forced or exploitative labour.
