Full fee breakdown
Fees from about $24 per order. 600,000₫ — where most single-piece requests land. The piece and shipping are billed at cost.

The fee covers the work only: locating the piece, boutique visits, inspection, approval photos, and packing. Pieces and shipping are passed through at cost.

The Trace — $25 ≈ 625,000₫ Charged only for a photo with no source, before anything is ordered. Credited in full against your order. Links are never charged.

What the trace returns One of three answers within 48 hours: the shop and price · the closest piece available here · or why it cannot be sourced, with the nearest alternative.

Per-item sourcing fee 8% of the piece (7% above 5,000,000₫), minimum 350,000₫ per item

Per-order coordination 250,000₫ flat — transport, boutique visits and packing

Typical minimum 600,000₫ ≈ $24 before the piece and shipping

Optional Rare-find or rush sourcing +200,000₫ · beyond two boutiques +150,000₫ per stop · green shopping takes 10% off the sourcing fees
