About A personal shopper in Sài Gòn. Seraphic Styler buys Vietnamese fashion in person and ships it worldwide — from houses that mostly do not sell outside Vietnam. This page explains what the service is, how the directory behind it is compiled, and what that method can honestly promise.
A personal shopper who walks the shops
Seraphic Styler is a personal shopping and styling service for Vietnamese fashion, run from Ho Chi Minh City and shipping worldwide. Most of the houses I buy from sell only inside Vietnam. They take local payment, trade through Instagram and Zalo, and have no international checkout at all. I order as a local, check the piece in person, and send it to you in one consolidated parcel.
Two services, kept deliberately separate. Sourcing is when you already know the piece and I go and get it. Styling is when you don't, and I choose. A moodboard or a feeling is styling, not sourcing — and that distinction is priced honestly rather than blurred.
Verified in person means verified in person
The Saigon Fashion Directory holds 321 Vietnamese fashion houses. Every address in it was recorded on foot, in the city, by me — not scraped, not aggregated, not bought from a list broker. That is the whole reason it is worth anything.
What that method can and cannot promise, stated plainly:
- Addresses are recorded, not guaranteed. Shops in Vietnam move often and quietly. A record marked confirm-first has an address or trading status known to move, and says so on its own page.
- An empty field means unrecorded, not zero. No number is ever invented to fill a gap.
- Price guides are ranges, not live prices. They are curated free text, sometimes covering only one product type, and should never be quoted as today's price.
- Stock and opening hours are not in the data, because they cannot be kept true. Message the shop the day before you go.
- Every page carries the date it was last reviewed. Data about a moving city that does not say when it was taken is not evidence.
The directory is published three ways so it can be read however you need it: as a filterable page, as a CC BY-licensed dataset, and as a read-only JSON API.
What holds on every order
- Pieces at the receipt price. Never marked up. The fee is the fee, stated separately.
- Shipping at exact carrier cost. Weighed, then billed — no shipping margin.
- One written total before any payment. Nothing is bought without a yes.
- A photograph of the actual piece before it is purchased, not a stock image.
- Authentic local pieces only, bought at the source. Never counterfeits.
- An honest read on fit. Vietnamese sizing runs small; real garment measurements are checked against yours rather than a letter on a label.
- A stated answer when something goes wrong — the returns and credit policy is written down and applied the same way every time.

The work is based in Ho Chi Minh City and serves clients worldwide, in English and Vietnamese. In-person boutique rounds and in-hand checks run during announced Saigon buying windows; between them the service runs remotely — negotiation, ordering, payment and export over the channels Vietnamese designers actually sell on, with live video showroom appointments. Every quote states which kind of check that buy gets.
