Seraphic Styler is a private styling and sourcing atelier based in Ho Chi Minh City, for those who hold beauty, fashion, and contemporary culture in high regard. I find Vietnamese pieces that feel genuinely singular and bring them to you through a process that is exacting, relaxed, and deeply personal.

My story

Saigon's labels carry a particular romance: modern, quietly elegant, and largely invisible beyond the city. Friends abroad fell in love with that sensibility but had no way to reach it. I began sourcing for them — and that remains the soul of this work: helping you wear a considered piece of Vietnam — crafted with intent and chosen with a cultivated eye.

Saigon sizing, interpreted

In Vietnam, sizing is built on a different frame: petite and slender are the starting point. A Western medium often arrives labelled XL, and a US large can read as 2XL or 3XL. That moment of surprise when you see the tag is simply a translation issue, never a verdict on your body.

Reading that landscape is part of what I do. I know which Saigon ateliers cut generously, which labels carry true European or extended sizing, and where a piece will sit beautifully without losing its character. Whether you wear a US small or a 5XL, I find options made for your shape as much as your taste.

Fabric matters. Cotton from a young local brand can run two sizes smaller than linen from a European-leaning atelier. Áo dài and tailored cuts sit close. I confirm real garment measurements before we buy.

Extended sizing, covered. Himistore (to 6XL, EU measurements), curvy boutiques like Cow's House, and Saigon designers who cut M–5XL for international frames. You never guess alone.

In-shop try-on & fitting

For extra confidence before buying, I go to the boutique in person — pull sizes, supervise the try-on, and send live fit notes and photographs. 500,000₫/hr, 2-hour minimum, with a 500,000₫ deposit to hold your slot (applied to the session). Ideal for fit-sensitive or higher-value orders (planned spend ~200–300 USD+).

Complex / high-touch orders

Rare, time-sensitive, or multi-store requests. Standard fee plus a complexity fee (flat or a small extra percentage), always agreed in advance. A non-refundable booking deposit secures serious orders.
Shipping & customs

Small parcels can be estimated from the guide below. For larger consolidated orders, final shipping depends on packed weight, dimensions, and destination. For heavy hauls — 10kg+ / 22lb+ — I confirm the best packing plan and courier quote before dispatch, and may split a shipment into multiple boxes when that is safer or more economical.

Higher-touch services — in-shop try-ons, complex sourcing, rush requests — require a small deposit before I begin. It simply holds dedicated time for you and is applied to your final total. Deposits are generally non-refundable once planning or sourcing has started; with 48 hours' notice I am always glad to reschedule once. If a request grows significantly larger than first described, I will gently quote any extra before continuing.

What can vary

Exact fit across brands, stock by order time, shipping/customs outcomes, finding a sold-out piece again, or unlimited revisions. What I do promise: a photograph of every piece before it ships, an honest read on fit, and tracking once it is on its way.

Colours vary across screens. Brand sizing is inconsistent. Limited pieces can sell out before payment clears. Carriers can delay parcels. Customs depends on your destination. Inspiration photographs guide the look — not an identical piece.

Sizing & fit notes

Vietnamese sizing runs smaller than US/EU and varies by brand, so I do not guess. I match a brand's size chart to your measurements — not to a letter — and confirm real garment measurements when unclear. You will always see photo confirmation before it ships.
