An open call · Seraphic Styler
Help shape our next chapter.
Seraphic Styler connects people around the world with Vietnamese fashion — discovered in Saigon, verified in person, delivered anywhere. We’re opening conversations with students and emerging creatives who want to help shape that story: as interns, collaborators, and ambassadors for the brand.

Seraphic Styler is an early-stage, founder-led business, and there is currently no budget for salaries, stipends, or creator fees.
This page is an expression of interest — not an offer of employment and not a request to begin work. Internship availability depends on your university’s requirements and the rules that apply where you live. Any collaboration’s scope, timing, and benefits are agreed in writing before work begins, and future paid work is never guaranteed.

Path one · Students
International Marketing, Commerce & Translation Internship
A potential supervised placement for students of fashion, international business, marketing, commerce, communications, or translation. Projects are shaped around your learning goals, university requirements, language strengths, and the needs of the atelier. Depending on the placement, your project may explore:
- How customers in a particular market discover, evaluate, and buy fashion from overseas
- What helps build trust across languages, cultures, and borders
- How Vietnamese and English brand language can remain clear, accurate, and culturally natural
- Market research, boutique scouting, or partner research for international growth
- Customer experience and communication across Vietnamese- and English-speaking audiences
- A focused market-entry proposal, localization brief, or bilingual communication project
An agreed learning plan, regular founder feedback, and a defined final project. Academic recognition is subject to your institution’s approval.
Bilingual translator role
Bilingual Translation & International Trade Support
Vietnamese ↔ English
For applicants comfortable working in both Vietnamese and English who are interested in the language behind fashion, sourcing, and cross-border commerce. Potential contributions may include:
- Translating and adapting product, designer, boutique, or editorial information between Vietnamese and English
- Preparing bilingual research notes, sourcing summaries, and market briefs
- Supporting clear communication with Vietnamese designers, boutiques, suppliers, or prospective international partners
- Localizing brand copy so it feels natural in each language — not simply word-for-word
- Identifying cultural context, terminology, or customer questions that may affect an international purchase
- Helping document international trade workflows, including product information, inquiries, and partner communication
Best suited to strong written Vietnamese and English, careful research habits, and sound judgment around tone and nuance. Translation tasks are scoped to your experience, learning objectives, and any applicable placement requirements.
Path two · Creators
Creative Collaborations & Brand Ambassadors
For people with a distinctive point of view on fashion who want to introduce Seraphic Styler to their community. Potential collaborations include:
- Styling stories and editorial concepts
- Short-form video — boutiques, try-ons, designer introductions
- Photography — garment details, street style, lookbook imagery
- Locally relevant content for your region or language
- Bilingual storytelling — Vietnamese designers, introduced in either language
We agree scope, timing, compensation or other benefits, and content usage in writing before anything begins. You do not need a large following — we’re interested in your perspective, your care, and your understanding of the people you reach.

Have something else in mind? Pitch your own idea in the application — the best opportunities are the ones we haven’t thought of.
- A thoughtful eye for fashion and visual storytelling
- Curiosity about Vietnamese designers and independent brands
- Clear communication — you can explain an idea and follow through
- Understanding of — or appetite to study — a particular market or community
- Strong written Vietnamese and English, if you’re drawn to the translation and trade support role
- You welcome feedback and bring ideas of your own
- Personal projects, coursework, small accounts, and independent experiments all count
A real project, not busywork. You’ll own something bounded and concrete — a research proposal, a market brief, a styled story, an introduction to a community — with direct founder feedback along the way.
Portfolio material. Finished work can be discussed in your portfolio, subject to agreed permissions and credit.
Honesty about money. There is no salary, stipend, or creator-fee budget today. We won’t pretend otherwise, and we don’t promise future paid work. What we can commit to is clear scope, real feedback, and a written record of whatever is agreed.
A note on internships. Whether an unpaid placement is permitted depends on the law where you live and, for students, your university’s requirements — for example, U.S. rules look at who benefits most from the arrangement. We design internships around a supervised educational project and ask about your institution’s requirements in the application so we can confirm an appropriate arrangement before anything starts.
