You have chosen a specific, in-stock item from a Vietnamese boutique, designer, or seller. Send a direct product link or precise seller and item details; I arrange the purchase.
Routine price, size, and stock confirmation is included. Research to identify the item or seller is a separate service.
Store price + service feeShipping quoted separately at cost
You have a screenshot or a specific piece, but no source. I investigate its identity and seller, then return the identified source or explain why it cannot be sourced.
An answer within 48 hours after scope confirmation and payment. The fee pays for research and is credited in full toward an order if you proceed.
A Trace pays for an answer, not a guaranteed match. In rare cases, a closely related group of up to 3–5 items may share one fee only if confirmed in advance. More than five research items, alternatives, and broader curation require a styling quote. Vietnamese alternatives require styling.

You want me to interpret references, choose alternatives, or build looks around your life. I help with pieces, outfits, capsules, and wardrobe direction within your selected tier.
This is paid creative work: considering fit, colour, budget, lifestyle, and occasion to choose what works for you.
A Pinterest board, celebrity look, “vibe,” outfit request, or selection of alternatives belongs here. Asking for a Vietnamese equivalent of a non-Vietnamese image or brand is styling.
Seraphic Styler does not reproduce, tailor, generate, or guarantee exact copies of reference designs. Vague descriptions, broad categories, unknown sellers, unlinked inspiration images, and “find something like this” requests do not qualify as direct sourcing.

Each booking includes a professional styling fee and a clothing credit spent on your approved pieces. Shipping is separate at cost; extra clothing spend requires your approval.
Pieces stay at their real store price. Your written quote separates the work, the purchases, and shipping.
Direct sourcing
8% per item, or 7% for items above 5,000,000₫, with a minimum of 350,000₫ per item. Coordination is 250,000₫ per order.
First two boutiques included; 150,000₫ per additional store. Shipping and applicable payment costs are itemized separately.
Research & group buying
The Trace is US$25 per item; any small-group exception is confirmed before payment.
Boutique, group & bulk pricing
A defined brief and written quote are required. Exploratory research is $25/hour, prepaid, with a two-hour minimum ($50). Boutique scouting starts with a $150 deposit credited against the first order. Buying fees depend on the request.
Within an agreed Custom Wardrobe project, extra styling is $25 per added item plus its store price. Larger scope changes are quoted separately. Rush projects add $100–$150, confirmed before booking.
Personalized work begins once your service and scope are confirmed and payment is received.
