Sourcing a piece you already found is just my sourcing fee. If you'd also like a consultation or a curated edit, add a styling tier here — the same prices as the gift tiers, and each includes a piece credit that comes straight off your items below. This only adds it to your estimate; we still book and confirm it together over DM.

How accurate is this estimate?~95%

~95% is solid. Your item prices, my service fee, and the flat base fee follow fixed formulas — the math on what you enter is exact, and shipping inside Vietnam is already included.

One possible add-on: a flat 200,000₫ for rare or multi-store sourcing — hard-to-find drops, hunts across several shops, or a tight deadline. It's always agreed with you in advance, never a surprise on your final quote.

The last ~5% I confirm before you pay: the real store price on the day, exact international shipping (weight and courier), the live exchange rate, current stock, and any customs or duty in your country.

Is this a quote? Am I committing to anything?

No. An estimate is arithmetic, not an order — nothing is sourced, nothing is reserved, and nothing is charged until you approve the final quote I confirm personally.

What happens after I press send?

Your summary arrives to me through the form, and a copy sits on your clipboard as a backup. I reply within a day with the real store price, current availability, and exact shipping for your address — that reply is the final quote.

When do I actually pay?

Only after you approve the final quote — 50% to place the order, and the balance plus exact shipping before your parcel leaves Saigon. You are never asked to pay from this page.

Is paying safe?

Bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, or Payoneer — choose PayPal Goods & Services for buyer protection. You receive photo confirmation of every piece before it ships, and a tracking number the moment it does.

Why is shipping such a large share of the total?

Couriers price clothes by weight and volume, and honest international rates are simply high — a recent 0.5–1 kg parcel ran 1,950,000₫. Shipping is passed through at exact cost, never marked up, and I repack carefully to cut the volume you would otherwise pay for.

What if it doesn't fit, or arrives wrong?

Sizing is confirmed against the real garment's measurements before we buy — that is part of the service. If the wrong item arrives or it is damaged, tell me within 48 hours with an unboxing video and I'll make it right.
